By utilizing existing wiring and products we minimize additional materials and labor required when installing our retrofit solutions offer significant savings on both labor and materials by leveraging much of the existing lighting control infrastructure. Rather than requiring a complete teardown and rewiring, Our systems are designed to integrate with the current low-voltage wiring and device layouts already in place from legacy systems such as Douglas or GE Lightsweep. This approach eliminates the need for extensive conduit work, wire pulls, and demolition, drastically reducing installation time and onsite disruption. Additionally, by reusing the existing enclosures and field wiring where possible, the material costs are minimized—only the outdated relay panels and control components are replaced with modern, digitally addressable equipment.
